Some Conveyancers offer a flat rate (like we do) while others take a certain amount of factors – such as house value, area, searches ect in order to provide you with a quote.
SLP following the following structure for pricing:
SELLING A HOUSE ———>$990
BUYING A HOUSE ———-> $990
Some solicitors will charge for disbursements such as postage, phone calls, faxes and photocopying. We do not.
The only extra we do charge is for title searches. This is charged at cost only – no cream on top.
